Some say that you should be happy with what you’ve got. That too much plastic surgery will warp your body, and your mind. But those people have clearly never seen the positive effects that procedures like the O-Shot, labiaplasty, and the new Nu-V procedure can have on a woman. These procedures are giving women their confidence back, and taking the concept of the female orgasm out of the realm of the impossible. This new procedure can be done so quickly that you could have it during your lunch break and still have enough time left over for a quick bite to eat.

Treatment. When it comes to satisfaction, women no longer have to sit back and suffer through sex that won’t bring them to orgasm. They can take the power back into their own hands using a series of different “designer vagina” procedures that are now available. The newest and potentially the most quick procedure is called the Nu-V. And if you’re afraid of lasers… you might want to take a seat.

Lasers. According to The Daily Mail’s Gina Clarke, the treatment “uses lasers to reduce the size of the labia and increase blood flow to the clitoris.” It can reportedly be done in less than twenty minutes, roughly fifteen. As far as recovery time is concerned, you won’t have to wait too, too long to get back in the saddle. It really only takes a few days. Wow, right!

Procedure. When it comes to Lyndsey Hiatt, this mother-of-five was not so charmed by the potential eight week recovery time she was quoted originally by the NHS. So the quaint “lunchtime” procedure as it’s being called seemed like the perfect, not too expensive alternative. And when it comes to price, Hiatt wouldn’t even have to break the bank.
Cost. The procedure costs around £499 or a little over $600 dollars American currency. Hiatt is one of just five women The Daily Mail spoke to about these potentially sex life changing procedures. Hiatt told the publication, “After five children it would take a long time to get aroused and when he had a fight he would bring up the lack of sensation and the fact that I wasn’t as tight as before.”

Recovery. The prospect of eight weeks recovery was more than enough to shock Hiatt into the clinic where she had the Nu-V procedure. She told The Daily Mail, “A lot of moms just aren’t able to have that sort of recovery period. With Nu-V it was only a few days and I felt like I could have gone back to work that afternoon.” The anxiety caused by comments from an old partner pushed her toward the procedure.

Mother-daughter. 40-year-old Vanessa Jones and her 78-year-old mother both had the Nu-V procedure performed on them. According to The Daily Mail, incontinence was an issue for both of the women after childbirth. Vanessa told the publication, “I suffer from urgency incontinence where I frequently have pain and discomfort trying to hold my wee.” The NHS told her that there wasn’t much to be done as her pelvic floor was in good shape, but Vanessa wasn’t taking no for an answer.
Sexual. For some, including Vanessa and her mother, the procedure can be helpful in transforming their lives back to normal, not just helping them boost their sex lives. Vanessa’s mother dealt with the same incontinence issues that the Nu-V procedure helped with. Cicely wrote, “I feel much more relaxed with my own body and my partner loves the improvements physically also. I feel much tighter down below.”

Comments. Some weren’t so supportive of those who have gone through with these new “designer vagina” procedures. Over on The Daily Mail, user HellsBelles from London wrote, “I hate women like this. Bet they say they’re feminist too. If it pleases men then they will do whatever they have to because their fathers didn’t say I love you and hug them. Low self-esteem women are ruining it for the rest of us women.”

Originality. Oner user thought this was just the next step toward all humans being carbon copies of each other. The anonymous user wrote, “One day, we will all look and speak exactly the same. Be original.” But others seemed to be interested in the procedure, if there were before and after pictures to prove that any difference would actually occur post-procedure.
Pictures. User SUFC_1971 wrote, “where’s the evidence - I want pictures!!!” Another user, Hollowpoint, wrote, “Before and after pics would help sell it.” But for the mothers who have undergone the procedure, as well as other women, pictures weren’t necessary. The promise of better sex, more orgasms, and less issues with intercourse were too good to pass up.

Trend. But all of this begs the question, for some, is this all just part of a trend? Is this just the next big thing, vaginal procedures, that will be over and done within a few months, or years? Or is this something viable that can actually help lots and lots of women. User Budgie thinks that this is all part of some new trend. Doesn’t think it will last much longer, and doesn’t seem to be a huge fan.

Trend. Budgie writes, “You meet one of these trendy mums nowadays and you would never know what parts of her are original, re-treaded, taken away or cosmetically enhanced.” Budgie may have a point, but this surgery according to some women, really changes people’s lives. It helps save marriages, helps women gain control over their sex lives.
Penis. Trym Jensen wrote, “Of course they had a better love life after. If men could design their own penis, there wouldn’t be time for any other operations.” And there are numerous surgeries that men can undergo in order to improve their love muscles, but they just aren’t nearly as common as these procedures for women quite yet.

You. Do you think people should learn to be happy with the vagina they were born with, or do you think these “designer vagina” procedures are perfectly fine? This latest one can be done in the amount of time that it takes someone to get their nails done. Would that persuade you into getting on? We want to hear from you, so let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
