For many people, sex clubs are not a new thing. But for those who aren't already in the BDSM scene, the thought of going to an exclusive party where you watch other people have sex, among other things, may sound outrageous. In fact, some might even say it's too wild to be true. But a new documentary on Showtime is giving us an inside look at SNCTM, an elite sex club in Los Angeles known to be frequented by the rich and famous.
Rich. It seems like these days, rich people are looking for just about any reason to spend their money. From unnecessary material things to overly-priced steaks, the rich and famous are willing to drop thousands to get the best of whatever it may be---even if it’s membership to an exclusive sex club.
Documentary. Those who belong to SNTCM pay anywhere from $12,000 to nearly $100K to partake in monthly sex parties that occur all over the country. Although the club has been kept a secret for quite some time, a new documentary series on Showtime is now allowing us an inside look into the erotic festivities.

Reputation. According to the Daily Mail UK, the documentary follows Damon Lawner, the 45-year-old founder of the club. Although the club has only been around for for years, it’s managed to gain quite the reputation.

Guests. Celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow are said to be frequent guests at the parties, which mainly take place in Los Angeles or New York City. Some events consist of erotic mansion parties, to pool parties where women run rampant in their birthday suits.
Series. The series is called Naked SNCTM, and is based around Lawner and his crew. The show follows the team as they prepare to put on one of the sexiests events of the year.

Membership. In the series, Lawner, a divorced father-of-two, explains how guests can pick which type of membership they want, which also determines how much they pay and the access they’re allowed. Those who pay upwards of $75K a year are the most elite members, who get their own private rooms during the parties, amongst dozens of other perks.

Oath. According to the Daily Mail UK, those in the highest levels of membership are required to take a “blood oath” before given access to the club. But for those not looking to spend as much, there are lower levels of membership available for much less.
Ticket. Men are required to pay $1,850 per event, unless they bring a date, in which case they pay $1,500 per ticket. In order to get a membership, hopefuls must also first apply.

Application. The applications are reviewed by Lawner himself, who approves whether or not someone is granted membership. Women are required to send in photos of themselves along with the application.

Dress code. Those who are granted access are required to attend the parties wearing the dress code that is expected. While men are allowed to wear tuxedos, women must wear lingerie or sexy evening wear.
Rules. The events are also masquerade style, so people are constantly showing up in masks and headgear. According to the Daily Mail UK, guests aren’t allowed to take photos or use their cell phones either.
More than sex. Interestingly enough, Lawner admits he doesn’t participate, and insists that there’s more to the parties than just sex.

Explore. ”SNCTM is a place to get turned on, to explore, to hold hands, to realize that sex doesn’t have to be hidden away. It can be open and celebrated, and that’s all right,” said Lawner, as reported by Goop.
Series. The series is already on the air, and will consist of eight episodes. If this is something you plan on watching, remember to put the kids to bed first!
You. What do you think of this club? Would you ever partake in it? Why or why not? Let us know what you think!
